Event Volunteer
Description:
Assist with the organization and running of fundraisers and shelter events.
Time Commitment:
On-call
Supervisor:
Volunteer Coordinator
Qualifications:
Must attend the Volunteer Orientation, must be trained by Supervisor.
Age Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Volunteer Hours:
Based on need.
Duties:
- Handling animals at off-site locations.
- Loading and unloading tables, chairs and supplies.
- Set-up and take-down of booths.
- Selling tickets and merchandise.
- Assisting as an ambassador for the shelter.
