Animal Control

As a private nonprofit organization, we contract with the City of Healdsburg to provide animal control services. This includes, but is not limited to, impounding stray animals, responding to barking and other nuisance calls, and investigating reports of cruelty and neglect. We offer animal control services to the residents of the City of Healdsburg,Monday through Saturday from 9 AM until 5 PM. If you are a resident of Healdsburg and need assistance with an aggressive or injured stray animal outside of these times, please contact the Healdsburg Police Department at (707) 431-3377. If you are not a resident of the City of Healdsburg, Sonoma County Animal Regulation is your service provider for all animal control issues. You may reach them at (707) 565-7100.
